a) All approved returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.
b) Products must be in the same condition in which you received them. All returns must include original hang tags and panty liners. Any returns missing these items will be refused. All items must be new or unused.
c) To return your items, please email Customerservice@toripraverswimwear.com with your order # and the item(s), color and size you want to return, please note the reason why you would like to return your item. Once we receive your request, we will view whether your order qualifies for a return request. Once your request has been approved, please return your items to :

d) If you receive your item(s) damaged, please follow the same return instructions above but please select "damaged" as the reason for your return. Please be sure to note what sort of damage and upload a photo of the damaged item.
e) All return items are shipped at your risk and will not be accepted if damaged. We recommend insuring your shipment against damages when shipping a return.
f) Only products purchased through www.toripraverswimwear.com may be returned.
g) Due to hygienic reasons bottoms/one pieces missing the panty liner or a liner that has been fiddled with CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
h) Tori Praver Swimwear will gladly accept swimsuits or coverups for an exchange (excluding shipping charges) of any regularly priced, unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise. The merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt and original tags must still be attached.
